All content you create within Aawin (tasks, notes, Classes, Layers, and checklists) belongs to you.

Aawin does not claim ownership of your data.

We strive to keep Aawin available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Aawin is provided “as is.”
We are not responsible for:

• Data loss due to device issues
• Missed tasks or reminders
• Any indirect or consequential damages
   

We may update the app or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
